The transformation involved structural modifications, foundation upgrades, exterior brick restoration, and new plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. The home features a newly designed staircase, custom flooring, bespoke stonework, integrated smart-home and security systems, refined glass and mirror details, tiling, and tailored window treatments — all executed with precision and timeless style, in collaboration with the great team of Whiteoak Construction.
